THE LOOSE ROPE IN THE EXTINCTION OF THE SPECIES OF THE YASUNÍ NATIONAL PARK

Extinction is about the definitive disappearance of some animal or plant species from the Yasuní National Park or, in general, from our entire planet. In my point of view this is an irreversible process. Millions and thousands of years ago extinctions occurred due to natural causes, but in recent centuries they have been accelerated by the direct or indirect action of man.

Yasuní National Park has a great wealth of wild flora and fauna. However, these natural resources have been substantially altered by deforestation, illegal trade in species, hunting, etc., which has caused many of the wild species to be threatened or in danger of extinction. I think that some human beings are not aware of what is happening through their actions, for example when they hunt animals, for that reason some species of animals are in danger of extinction. A case of an animal that is in danger of extinction in Yasuní Park is the black caiman. The disappearance of this species is mainly due to hunting.

In my opinion, there are many people who end up with species of beautiful animals, with their habitat, with their nature. But there are other people who help species that are in extinction to recover. Something that would be very good would be to put a little of each one, so that day by day the situation improves.

CARE OF YASUNÍ NATIONAL PARK
